As a farm kid, Jesse grew up with a deep appreciation for agriculture. His early experiences working summers at a farm inputs retail, combined with his passion for the industry, led him to pursue a career in agriculture. Over the years, Jesse has held various positions in the field, including assistant manager, variable rate representative, site lead for a retail, and head of sales for a reputable company.
