This summer, as I’m out scouting fields and covering ground across central Alberta, I’ll be keeping my eyes open for 16 local animals — and you get to guess when I’ll spot them. For each animal on the list, simply pick the date you think I’ll get a photo. Nail the exact date and you earn 30 points, and if you’re off by a day or two it’s -2 points per day until zero. The person with the most points at the end of summer wins a $200 Canadian Tire gift card — and just for entering, your name goes into a draw for a $25 gift card to The Sweeterie right here in Camrose.
